Traffic management

The Traffic Management Plan has been finalised for the festival, and will be in operation from 10am to 8pm on Saturday 6th July.

Orford Road will be closed to all motor traffic between the East Avenue and Church End junctions, and parking bays will be suspended in this section of Orford Road, and the length of Summit Road. The W12 bus service will be diverted to run along Hoe St, Church Hill, Shernhill St.

The map (click to enlarge) shows the parking bay suspension area, and the diversion route for through traffic traveling using Beulah Road and Addison Road.

Residents in the land-locked roads (Orford Road, Summit Road, and Trelawney Close) will not be able to drive to and from their properties on the day of the Festival. If you need to use your car you should park it outside the festival area the previous night or by 10.00am on the day.
